Joseph Prus, NCATE Executive BoardJames G Cibulka, President, NCATENCATE to Develop Options within Accrediting Process
NCATE's Executive Board voted unanimously at its fall meeting to redesign the NCATE accreditation process on a fast track. The Board asked NCATE's president, James Cibulka, to present a comprehensive set of recommendations by its Spring 2009 meeting which will provide options, promote rigor, relevance and inquiry, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Possible pilots will be outlined at that time.
