Best of History Web Sites was created by Thomas Daccord (B.A. Princeton University, M.A. Universite de Montreal), Academic Technology Advocate for the Humanities and a history and technology teacher at the Noble & Greenough School in Dedham, Massachusetts. Mr. Daccord is also the President of the Center for Teaching History With Technology, created to help history educators integrate technology into their curriculum.

He is also the creator and webmaster of Teaching Literature & Writing With Technology. A "laptop teacher" who has instructed in a wireless laptop environment for the last six years, Mr. Daccord has been featured in the Boston Globe ("Making Tech Connect," December 29, 2003) for his contributions to teaching with technology. He has presented on educational technology topics at conferences such as the National Association of Independent Schools Annual Conference, the Laptop Institute, and the Connecticut Association of Independent Schools "Teaching With Technology" Conference.   More detail...
