LearnWell Resources, Inc. was founded February 10, 1994, as a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, 501(c)(3) to provide educational services.

LearnWell Resources is a corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, no part of the net earnings of which inures to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual.
