Bob Gallagher has been an organization development consultant and trainer since 1970, providing services to non-profit organizations, small businesses and religious systems.

His work has included -- assisting WomenRising (formerly the Jersey City YWCA) increase shared leadership and self management among the staff; at Tom's of Maine he has conducted a training program to improve team participation and facilitation skills and to help employees play a responsible part in the transitions faced by the organization; the Housing and Community Development Network of New Jersey has used him to facilitate its annual executive committee retreat and facilitate board development.    More detail...
