TeenLife Center (TLC) is a multiprogram, multisite center that provides year-round, innovative, research-based programming for adolescents in the Duluth, Minnesota public schools. Our mission is to provide a continuum of services that promotes health and reduces risky behaviors during adolescence. Programming starts in sixth grade with service focus narrowing to more high-risk youth as they move through adolescence.
Funding for all TLC programs is provided through various public and private grants, and the University of Minnesota-Duluth provides oversight and fiscal management, as well as other in-kind services. Health Services and Resiliency Project are programs currently available through TLC.
