The BC Wrestling Association became incorporated as a registered non-profit society in 1979. We are the provincial sport governing body for amateur wrestling in British Columbia. Our parent organization is the Canadian Amateur Wrestling Association, who provides leadership to amateur wrestling in Canada.

Our goal as an organization, is to move forward by becoming more self sustaining, expanding on grass roots participation and programs, and to enable more male and female participants (athletes, coaches & officials) elite opportunities by 2008 and beyond.
