The Damascus Sports Association, Inc. is an organization consisting of dues paying adults. The organization is administered by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Information Officer, Secretary, Financial Assistant, and four (4) Directors. The Financial Assistant's position is a paid position. This person's position has no voting rights on the Board. All shall serve a term of one (1) year, except for the at-large Directors, which shall be two (2) years, unless removed or resigned, commencing on July 1, and ending June 30. No member shall serve more that three (3) consecutive years in any one elected office, except the at-large Directors, which are limited to four (4) years.
