Now in its third decade of innovation, Leaderskill® has pioneered the application of Accelerated Learning techniques in every area of consulting and training, helped establish Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) in Australia in 1979, and published articles on the effectiveness of these methods.

Our aim has been to maximise the contributions people make through the use of Facilitative Leadership, Teamwork and Communication Skills, with corresponding climate surveys.

The same intention led us in 1995 to introduce Peter Farey's 360 degree feedback survey (Upward Feedback®) and begin direct processing on the Internet in early 1999.
